Setup Token

Enter the setup token from your server logs to begin configuration.

Look for the token in your Docker/server logs after starting the application.
Slack Configuration

Configure your Slack app for bot notifications and user authentication.

Found in your Slack app's OAuth & Permissions page.
Found in your Slack app's Basic Information page.
Used for Slack OAuth login. Found in Basic Information.
Helpshift Configuration

Connect to your Helpshift account for ticket monitoring.

The subdomain from your Helpshift admin URL.
Alert Settings

Import your alert configuration, or skip and set up alerts later via the admin panel.

Application Settings

Configure your application's public URL and optional services.

The public URL where this application is accessible. Used for OAuth redirects.
Enables AI-powered ticket summarization. Optional.
Auto-generated secure session secret for cookie signing.
How long triggered alerts, audit logs, and ticket history are kept. Default: 90 days.

Escalation Notifications Optional

Configure SMS for escalation alerts. You can also set this up later in the Escalation Settings page.

Review Configuration

Review your settings before completing setup. The server will restart after saving.

Setup Complete!

The server is restarting with your new configuration.
